Since tomorrow, February 8th, is National Kite Day, we thought we'd make the day before our official kite day here at Lott Mennonite School. Several of the students brought kites, and a few made some out of trash bags. Yay for creativity and resourcefulness.
It was also a cold, blustery day. After morning break one of the students found his kite covered in ice. Then the school board called and informed us that we were going to have an early dismissal. Anything different in February is good.
