This was another new February Fun Day we tried at the request of the 7th grade gentlemen. They suggested a "Hot Wheels Day". Since that wouldn't exactly appeal to all the students, or the teachers for that matter, we made it a little more broad and decided to make it "Bring Your Favorite Toy Day". I dug through the attic for my 1968 Fisher Price Family Farm, found it, took it to school, set it up on my desk, and enjoyed the "moo" sound the door makes when it is opened. I think my students thought it was prehistoric. The students also played with Duplos and, of course, matchbox cars.
