The Plain Professors' List of Hands-on History and Social Studies Projects

This little ebook includes over fifty different projects for teachers to use in their classrooms along with website links of instructions and additional examples.  It is categorized into ten different time periods: Prehistoric, Ancient Greece and Rome, Medieval, Renaissance,  Exploration, Colonial, Westward Expansion, the Industrial Revolution, Slavery and the Civil War,  and Modern Times.  There are also projects from seven different countries: Mexico, Poland, Panama, India, Germany, China, and Korea.
Map making and geography activities are also included. I've used all of these in my classroom with third to twelfth grades, and most projects are adaptable for different grades.  Some of them I've even used for first and second grades.

This is free to Mennonite Schools, or available to other schools for $9.99 at this link on Teachers Pay Teachers.  Just send an email to littleflock7 at gmail.com and I'll be happy to share it with you.

We made two different "covers" for this.  Mine is the top one, and Jeff's is the one with the baboon.  Obviously.
