Our son Joseph, who teaches science at Faith Mennonite High School, conducts a lab for each of his science classes each week. (Yay for hands-on learning!) Recently, his anatomy class was studying nerves, so he gave them four different colors of Play-Dough (which we purchased on a teacher shopping spree at Dollar Tree) and told them that the group which had the best dendrite model would get a 105% for a grade. The results are pretty impressive!
