One creative group of eighth grade ladies wanted to make a bigger map, which I thought was a great idea. So, I printed out a bigger map for them. Using Exacto knives to carefully cut a 4' x 8' piece of foam insulation, they cut out each country like a puzzle, and then painted each one a different color. They also used a different style font to label each country. The resulting large wall map looks great in the all-purpose room at school.
