We spent most of last week at Faith Builders for Teachers Week, which is a fabulous place to be. The art teaching class spent about six hours working on seven different projects: acrylic sunflowers, weaving, foil embossing, soap carving, wet-on-wet fruit watercolors, potato carving and stamp printing, and scherenschnitte (scissor cuttings). Our goal was to complete several projects that the teachers could take back to their schools, and to have their students be able to create them with good results.
